The project introduces the Urban Carpet, a unifying architectural element that weaves the site’s urban fabric. Acting as a central spine, the Carpet extends along the length of the site, linking two major parks at either end and enhancing pedestrian flow. This intervention reinforces spatial continuity and establishes a strong visual and functional connection between these key green spaces.
