Mengyu is an architectural designer at Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) in New York City. Born in Guangzhou, China, Mengyu holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Tsinghua University, and a Master of Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design. In her distinctive and inquisitive design approach, Mengyu investigates the ways in which architectural forms and spatial configurations can have a profound impact on a spectrum of issues, from individual experiences to community well-being and environmental sustainability. Mengyu is also intrigued by how recent advancements in technology and other domains can inform architectural thinking and push the boundaries of design practice, as she continuously experiments with innovative design approaches.
